At Glasshouse Kitchen we strive to procure the most sustainable, local, and freshest products possible to create our one-of-a-kind salads. Not only do we love feeding our neighbors, but we feel a sense of responsibility to feed our guests the most nutritional food available.
Regionally Farmed — Locally Sourced
Glasshouse Kitchen works with local and regional farmers and suppliers who do the right thing. A list of the current producers can be found on the blackboard right inside the restaurant. We receive whole and fresh products from our meats to our vegetables and process them in house to maximize freshness and therefore flavor.
