The story of Glasshouse Kitchen

Glasshouse kitchen was founded on the principles of healthy eating. Seeing the stories of diet-related illnesses increase across our nation and in our own back yard, Joe and Nancy felt led to open the doors in 2015. Glasshouse Kitchen is a place where a healthy sustainable environment, the freshest meals, and the community meet. The goal of making healthy eating popular again is why we, at The Glasshouse Kitchen, work so hard with the local producers and farmers, cook from scratch, and strive to do our part in building a community that supports real food.

Regionally Farmed, Locally Sourced

Glasshouse Kitchen works with local and regional farmers and suppliers who do the right thing. A list of the current producers can be found on the blackboard right inside the restaurant. We receive whole and organic product from our meats to our vegetables and process them in house to maximize freshness and therefore flavor.
